PickYourPaddle offers a 30 Day Return Policy, all unused/un-opened items in their original condition may be returned for exchange or refund. If you have a defective item, all paddle warranties are handled through the manufactures. If your item is under warranty, it may be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacement. Exchange Policy
Filling out the exchange information does not guarantee that we will still have the item in stock at the time of the exchange. If you would like to guarantee this item, please contact us to purchase the item that you want, and we will issue a refund upon receiving your returned item.
Free Shipping Both Ways
All returns will be processed the same day we receive them. Your credit card statement can take up to 48 to 72 hours before the credit is reflected. If you paid via PayPal, Amazon Checkout or any other payment method, we will not be able to charge/ credit any differences to your account.
If you are returning a defective item, please keep in mind all warranties are handled through the manufacturer, and your item may be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacement.
